Prior to her real estate ventures, Kristen, at an early age, displayed a remarkable knack for entrepreneurship, launching small businesses, and laying the foundation for her future endeavors. This innate drive, coupled with a personal interest in house hunting and real estate investing, made the path towards becoming a REALTOR® a natural calling. Owning her first investment property at just 22 years old solidified her passion for the industry and the desire to share her knowledge and expertise with others. Kristen approaches each client with a dedication to exceeding expectations and minimizing the inevitable stress associated with real estate transactions. She understands the emotional weight and complexities involved in buying and selling homes, viewing it as a privilege to accompany clients through every step of the journey. She lives in Wildwood with her husband, Steven, their sons, Hudson & Beckham, and two furry companions Hank and Molly. Beyond real estate, Kaitlyn finds pleasure in a smooth glass of red wine and the occasional Napa Valley getaway! As an early riser, she welcomes the day between 4-5am, skillfully balancing work and pleasure through activities like running, CrossFit, and reading.
