- Weekday schedule is expectation-based, including responsiveness within defined timeframes
- Flexibility is essential in a client-service business

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly dependable, organized, and professional
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Coachable and eager to learn from experienced, high-performing agents

- Hands-on exposure and real-world training working alongside experienced, high-performing lead agents across active transactions
- Opportunity for long-term growth within Maerock
- A support-focused role designed to strengthen the team and client experience – while it may serve as a stepping stone for some, this position is not an agent-in-training role and is intended first and foremost as a long-term support position
