September has come to an end, so we’re celebrating another month of clients making big moves.

The market continues to settle into a more seasonal rhythm, with more inventory giving buyers additional options while well-priced, move-in-ready homes continue to attract strong interest. But regardless of what the market is doing, every closing is personal and worth celebrating

For some, it’s the sale of a longtime home.
For others, it’s getting the keys to a brand-new build.
And for many, it’s simply the next step toward what comes next.

This month, we had the privilege of being part of all of it!

Here's Nick & Morgan for their new chapter in Ballwin!

Here are some other clients we're celebrating this past month:

  • Caye & Steve closed on the sale of their Ballwin home.
  • Jeremiah got the keys to his new Wentzville build.
  • Jeanne & Marion handed over the keys in St. Charles.
  • Nick & Cheryl completed a seamless sale in Union.
  • Amber & Chad secured their ideal home in Wentzville.
  • Brett officially made St. Charles home.
  • Christopher settled into his new home in Maryland Heights.
  • Matt & Jennifer closed on their home in Dardenne Prairie.

We’re incredibly grateful to each of these clients for trusting us to guide them through such an important transition. Buying or selling a home is about so much more than a transaction. It’s about helping people move into whatever comes next.

Congratulations to everyone who closed this month! We’re so excited for the chapters ahead!

If buying or selling is part of your next chapter, we’d love to help you create a plan that fits your goals and timeline. Send us a message today to get started!
