Spring is here, and with it comes one of the busiest seasons in real estate. March brought a steady pace of activity, and we had the opportunity to help several clients navigate both sides of the market, buying, selling, and stepping into new chapters.

Every closing represents something different. A fresh start, a big move, or the next step in a long-term plan. We are so grateful to be part of each one.

Cheers to Krista on her new home in St. Louis!

St. Charles is lucky to have you as new homeowners, Alexander & Nicole!

While we did not capture photos for every closing, we also want to extend a big congratulations to these clients:

  • John successfully closed the sale of his property in Florissant
  • David and Judith closed on the sale of their home in St. Peters
  • Sarah and Colton purchased a home in St. Louis
  • Heather also found the right fit at a home in St. Louis
  • Tony and Becky made their move to Sunset Hills

We are incredibly grateful to each of our March clients for trusting us to guide them through such an important process. It is a privilege to be part of these transitions and milestones.

If you are thinking about buying or selling this spring, we would love to help you create a plan and take the next step when the time is right.
