One of our favorite things about St. Louis is the incredible variety of neighborhoods we have.
You can drive 20 or 30 minutes in almost any direction and find a completely different feel, from charming historic streets and vibrant walkable communities to newer subdivisions, wooded lots, and everything in between. That's one of the things that makes buying a home here so much fun.

It also means the same budget can buy something very different depending on where you decide to plant your roots.

To give you an idea of what we mean, here are six recent homes that sold between approximately $425,000 and $525,000 across the St. Louis area.

So... what does $500,000 buy in St. Louis?

The answer isn't just square footage or the number of bedrooms…. It's access to different neighborhoods, amenities, lifestyles, and priorities.

That's why one of the first conversations we have with buyers isn't simply about budget. We want to understand what's most important to you, whether that's newer construction, more land, walkability, outdoor recreation, shorter commutes, or something else entirely.

Once we understand your priorities, we can help you find not just the right house, but the right place to call home.
